The left hand (showing the plasmid) is gone. Our BioShock 2 trainer has over 8 cheats and supports Steam. In short, after arriving and purging the water, the PLASMIDs do not fire. It pertains to a bug that DISABLES the PLASMIDs when going from underwater port to port. BUG & WORK-AROUND: This post is for BS2 (remastered) - not the MEGA - though it might apply there also.
